Be in Middle school or high school or college or an adult
Have experience with any of these fields STEM, SPORTS, MUSIC, ARTS, Or any other interests
Be passionate about giving back to their community

All the time Volunteers spend in volunteering for Stress Free Teens can count towards your logged volunteer hours and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. For more details on the eligibility please see below.

Teach a class
Teach a class in various fields (Health, STEM, ART,SPORTS etc)
Volunteer should have previous experience with the class they are teaching.
Eligible to apply to be a Teacher for that field.
Eligible to be Director of Curriculum if you have prior experience and passionate about that field
Organize / Participate
Organize and lead workshops in various fields (Health, STEM, ART,SPORTS etc)
Volunteer should have previous experience with the workshops they are leading.
Eligible to apply to be a Workshop Leader for that field the following year.
Organize / Participate
Help organize fundraising events for STRESS FREE TEENS (flexible time)
Reach out to community and corporate companies for fundraising opportunities
Volunteer should be organized and responsive to emails
Eligible to apply to be a Director of Fundraising or Treasurer the following year.
Reach-out and campaign
Update website; Post on Instagram or Facebook with latest news and events;
Write blog posts
Recruit more volunteers for Stress Free Teens
Volunteer should be skilled in one or more of the following: graphic design, social media, or blogging
Eligible to apply to be a Director of Public Relations or Director of Outreach or Chief Editor for the following year.
Presidential Awards Eligibility Criteria
We honor our most outstanding member volunteers and recognize the impact they make by giving them the opportunity to earn The President's Volunteer Service Award. We start calculating the number of hours volunteered towards our mission each year on June 1st and end it on May 31st.
Unpaid acts of volunteer service benefitting others
Any preparations that are directly related to a mission/project/workshop/fundraising
Any physical challenges like Marathon, 5K Runs/Walks
Eligible Service does not include:
Any travel including an overnight stay that is required for a mission
Political lobbying (Non-partisan voter registration is an eligible activity)
Conducting worship service
Volunteer service performed as part of court-ordered community service
Serving only family members
